Long Run – 5:45 p.m. Run along the Cedar Valley Nature Trail to  Tait Cummins Park and back

Bike – 6:00 p.m. 18 miles to Ely and back via the trail

A social walk, run, bike, dance and yoga event

Every Thursday May through the first week of September at NewBo City Market

 

Register once for the season
Check-in each week 5 – 7 p.m. at the Market
Or on your phone or computer after 3 p.m. on Thursdays
Market open until 8 p.m.

In the event of rain, dance fitness and yoga classes will be cancelled, but the walk, run, and biking groups will continue unless severe weather approaches.

Check-in 5 times to earn a Meet Me at the Market t-shirt, WHILE SUPPLIES LAST, so don’t wait until the last night of the season to pick up your shirt!

Walk.

Group walk each week at 5:30 pm. Blue Zones Project® Moais welcome! Walks range from 1 to 4 miles.

RUN.

Running groups meet each week at 5:45 pm. All experience levels welcome! Length of runs range from 1 to 10 miles.

BIKE.

Group bike rides begin each week at 6:00 pm. Bike rides range from 5 to 30 miles. Helmets required for riders.

DANCE.

Dance fitness class meets 6-6:45pm. Open to all fitness & dance levels. Check calendar for details.

YOGA.

Outdoor yoga class meets 7-7:45pm. Led by Certified Yoga Instructors. Bring your yoga mat.
