This is our kickoff event, sponsored by Mercy Medical Center!
Free safety light to 1st 200 people who check-in.

Health Table – Fun kids activities with Mercy’s Birthplace and Pediatric Clinic.
Walk – 2-mile walk around Czech Village and the Cedar River Trail, led by Mercy HPCC.  Group walk begins at 5:30 p.m.
Run – All runs begin at 5:45 p.m.
Couch to 5K Kick-off

Casual run ranging from 2-5 miles led by Kris and Brian. Distance run of 6 miles led by Jim with Corridor Running and Iowa Running Company. Route: http://bit.ly/2pu79K7
Bike –  7-mile ride to Sag Wagon/Cemar Trail. Ride begins at 6 p.m.
Yoga – 6:30 p.m. start this week only. Yoga Orientation and Demonstration led by LD Kidd
Zumba – 7-8 p.m. led by Dance Club Cardio at outdoor stage area

Walk2-mile walk around Metro High School and scenic Otis Road, led by Mercy HPCC. Walk begins at 5:30 p.m.
RunWeek #2 of Couch to 5K;
Variety of running groups based on ability and distance. All runners meet at 5:45 p.m.
Bike
– 10-mile ride to Prairie Park Fishery begins at 6 p.m.
Yoga – Foundational Yoga led by LD Kidd, 6-7 p.m.
In case of rain, yoga will meet inside the Market.
Cardio Class – Dance Club Cardio led by Alicia and Ashley, 7-8 p.m.
